Sheehan Landing is a brand new, Permanent Supportive Housing property conveniently located in Louisville, Kentucky. This development will act as a vital resource for individuals experiencing houselessness or disabling conditions.
The Coordinated Entry System is designed to help individuals access housing and services in a fair, organized, and efficient way. It ensures that people who are experiencing houselessness are matched with a comfortable living situation and support services based on their unique needs.
Sheehan Landing offers 80 fully furnished one-bedroom apartment homes. Because we are a Housing First development, our residents will be met with an accessibility-focused unit complete with thoughtful designs. This approach provides residents with a stable and supportive home where they can focus on building a better future.
Located eight miles south of downtown Louisville, residents can easily access I-65 and Bus Route 28. The neighborhood has many nearby businesses, including retail shopping, a grocery store, and other services.

Demographic and Eligibility Information
Sheehan Landing operates under a referral model, meaning that individuals will be referred through the Phoenix Health Care Common Assessment team or LMHA.
Eligibility Preferences Include, but are not limited to:
- Disabling condition (physical or mental health disability)
- Documented houselessness (must be currently without stable housing)
- Approved for Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH)
- Income Requirement: Residents must meet income eligibility requirements.
